This state-of-the-art technology uses shaped, oscillating beams to deliver fast and accurate cutting alongside lower power consumption.<\/p>\n<p>These cutting programmes are optimised through our <a href=\"https:\/\/fabtechltd.co.uk\/services\/cam-programming\/\"><strong>CAM Programming<\/strong><\/a> system to reduce the time the laser head is in motion but not cutting, which in turn increases material utilisation per sheet &#8211; time is money when it comes to laser cutting.<\/p>\n<p>We have paired our laser cutting machine with an automated material handling system that can hold up to 27 tonnes of steel and allows us to process in up to 9 different gauges.<\/p>\n<p>This system removes the sheet with cut parts tagged in place and delivers a new sheet automatically.
